Farm it in the first run, once Grace has the Blood Collector from the Blood Lab. Transfusion Bags, bags of blood picked up as items, refill the Blood Collector at once, and the count survives a reload. A few lie in the Care Center, for example in the Cold Storage.

Empty the Blood Collector by crafting.
Save at a typewriter.
Use Transfusion Bags from the inventory until the Blood Collector is full.
Reload the save and repeat until the trophy unlocks.
