The Girl is the giant monster that stalks Grace through the Care Center, its Basement and the Water Treatment Plant. She is not Emily, the child Grace rescues. The Requiem is Grace's heavy revolver. Do it in the Water Treatment Plant, where the game hands you Requiem rounds for her:
- In the first safe room, equip the Requiem (take it from the item box if you stored it) and pick up the rounds on the typewriter table.
- Go downstairs to restore the power. At the first intersection the Girl, the monster, walks towards you.
- Shoot her once. The stun unlocks the trophy.
If she reaches Grace or you miss, reload the last autosave.
