The Hemolytic Injector is a syringe that kills a zombie from behind in one go. The first lies on the white desk in the Examination Room, the first door on the right in the Care Center's East Wing. A zombie stands with its back to you just left of it. Crouch, sneak up behind it and press R2 to inject it.
