The Chunk, a huge bloated patient, comes after Grace when she picks up the ID Wristband (Level 1) on the East Wing's second floor. It is the only one Grace can kill. Three Requiem headshots kill it on Casual.
Short of Requiem ammo, unlock its recipe. Take the Blood Specimen (Converged) from the closet behind the Level 1 door in the Waiting Room to the Blood Lab Analyzer. Select the top-middle square, then the second-to-last square of the bottom row. Craft the ammo from Rare Metal, which lockpicked drawers hold.
Watch out
The Chunk leaves for good once Grace carries Emily, the child locked in a cell in the Medication Room, to the Security Manager's Office. Kill it before then.
