Do it in the Records Room on the West Wing's second floor, once the ID Wristband (Level 1) opens the gate south of the Kitchen.

  1. Save in the Custodian's Office, the safe room behind that gate.
  2. Go up the stairs to the Office and pick up the Empty Bottle near its entrance.
  3. Sneak into the Records Room next door. Inside are a blind zombie with a bandaged face and a drip stand, and a normal zombie.
  4. If they are not side by side, break the crate in the room and step back out of sight until both gather at it.
  5. Throw the bottle at the zombie without bandages. The blind one goes for the noise and attacks it.

Watch out

  • Shooting Mr. Raccoon 4 in the Kitchenette next door alerts the Records Room. Do this trophy first.
  • If either zombie dies or they come for Grace, reload the save.
