Never Touch the Stuff Trophy in Resident Evil Requiem

Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.

Gold trophy

Do it in the first run, on Casual. Never use an herb or a Med Injector from start to finish.

Health recovers by itself to Caution (yellow) on Casual, and fast when it drops to Danger. Keep playing hurt.
Picking up, storing, crafting and selling healing items is allowed.
Steroids raise Grace's maximum health and do not count. They are in one of the Parlor lockers in the Care Center, opened with Antique Coins found around the building.
Leon's health refills at some story points, and buying or repairing his Body Armor is allowed.

Watch out

The Challenges tracker for it appears only after the first ending, so the game shows no count during this run. If you heal by mistake, reload a save from before the heal. If the trophy still does not unlock at the ending, do it in the second run together with the speedrun. That second run then goes without infinite ammo: without this trophy's 35,000 CP, the first run does not pay the 50,000 CP it costs.
