The Chef is the big zombie with a cleaver in the Kitchen of the Care Center's West Wing. One Requiem headshot and four or five pistol headshots kill him on Casual. He does not follow into save rooms or the Central Hall, so step out there to reload your gun. If Grace leaves him, Leon gets another chance in his next Care Center section.
