The motorcycle chase starts when the Detonator blows the gate west of the Central Camp. Victor rides ahead on his own bike. When a red marker appears over his head, he is about to fire an RPG: shoot him at once. The SMG has infinite ammo here. The first chance comes when he pulls up on your left after the rooftop stretch, the second in the open street by a burnt-out bus. If both pass, reload the last autosave.
