The creature, a giant worm-like monster, hunts Sophia from Chapter VI, What Lies Beneath, and it cannot follow her into light. For this trophy, reach a lit safe spot when it is about to catch her, five times. It usually comes on its own during the chases.

To farm it, find a light the creature cannot put out, step out to draw it, and run back into the light when it is right behind you. The first chance is Chapter VI, sub-chapter The creature.
