Buy all 18 skills under Touchpad > Sophia > Skills. Each of the six branches has a main skill and two follow-ups, and the main skill alone is not enough. Skills you own turn yellow. Every purchase raises the price of all the others, so the full set costs 165 Resonance Points. The game has 200.

Resonance Points show as a white glint in the world, one point each, and some fights award a few. Your total is in the bottom left corner of the Artefacts page in the touchpad menu. They must all come from one run. Chapter Select resets your total to what you had when you first reached that chapter, and nothing you gather in a replay carries over. Watch out

A point is kept only once you reach the next checkpoint. If you die before that, pick it up again.
Chapters VIII and XIV have none. Have 165 by the end of Chapter XIII.
If you notice you have missed ten or more in a chapter, replay that chapter straight away, before you start the next one.
If a point is not where you expected it, move on. The spare 35 cover it.
