Throwables come in two kinds: knives, which hurt, and bottles, which stun. This trophy needs bottles thrown at 20 enemies. It counts in open combat, not only in stealth.

The bridge fight at the start of Chapter X, Parallel Paths (sub-chapter The bridge), has seven or eight bottles on the ground. Pick one up and throw it at a soldier with R3, then run to the next. When they are used up, restart from the checkpoint (pause menu) and go again. You do not need to finish the fight.
