In the Farmlife side story (Chapter 2: Neon Revenge, Streets of Neon). Bookworms says where it starts.

In Farmlife, Mio and Zoe are pigs, and Mio can shoot forward on a rainbow fart with R2. Through the pig door after the first barn, a huge pig sleeps in a muddy field on the left, with bubbles at its nose. Mio farts into its belly. Huffing and Puffing comes later in the same side story.
