Chapter 2 (Fugitives), inside the farmhouse (Chapter Select: Fugitives – The Farmstead), after dealing with the elderly couple who live there.
In the downstairs room where the couple sat at the table there's a piano and a banjo. Vincent must sit at the piano and Leo take the banjo (the two characters you play). The other way round doesn't count. Both pick Easy when asked. Button prompts then appear for each of you: hit them together, without a miss, for a run of about 20 notes, and a cutscene of the two playing a song starts. The trophy unlocks for both when it ends.
Watch out
A miss by either of you breaks the run, so keep playing until the cutscene starts. Repairing the truck in the big barn ends the farm. If you got past it, replay Fugitives – The Farmstead from Chapter Select.
