Chapter 3 (Preparation), on a rooftop after you catch Ray, the man you chase through the building site (Chapter Select: Preparation – Violent Questioning). Leo does the key part, and Vincent helps at the start.

Vincent walks up to Ray, who is tied to a chair, talks to him and picks Push him back. Leo joins in to drag the chair to the edge of the roof.
If a wallet lies on the table by the red door, pick it up and put it somewhere else.
Leo stands between the red door and that table, facing Ray, and presses the interact button. No prompt shows, but Leo leans on the table.
Wait about ten seconds. If nothing happens, Vincent threatens Ray once with one of the tools lying around (the nail gun works).
A cutscene plays. If a button prompt follows, Leo walks up to Ray and uses it. The scene then resets, and the trophy unlocks for both.

Watch out

Using the tools on Ray several times makes him talk, which ends the scene. If that happened, restart from the last checkpoint or replay Preparation – Violent Questioning from Chapter Select.
