Chapter 2 (Fugitives), at the very start of the part called Breather, after your escape through the woods.
When you get control, head right onto the far-right path and follow it to the cliff edge above the river. Follow the edge to the left, dropping down a couple of ledges, and jump the small gap: a flat rock you can both sit on is a few steps further. Both sit down and stay seated. A short cutscene plays and the trophy unlocks for both.
Watch out
Lifting the fallen tree together further down the path takes you past it. Replay Fugitives – Breather from Chapter Select.
