Chapter 2 (Fugitives), on the farm (Chapter Select: Fugitives – The Farmstead), once you're free to walk around after dealing with the elderly couple who live there.

Find the small windmill by the horse barn, a short walk from the front of the farmhouse, and climb its ladder to the top. Either of you interacts with the blades and keeps pressing the interact button so they spin faster. After several presses a short cutscene plays and the trophy unlocks for both.

Watch out

Repairing the truck in the big barn ends the farm. If you got past it, replay Fugitives – The Farmstead from Chapter Select.
