You need Kazuma Kiryu from Yakuza (Tattooed Dragon), the reward for Boing! Bonanza, and his Gatcha Lab prize, the Iconic Gate. Keep playing the machine until it comes out. Boing! Bonanza is a side level of Camo Cosmos: its guide is under Nowhere To Hide. Kiryu then stands under the gate on the right of the PS5 ship. Keep slapping him () until he has dropped everything.
