You need the Prince from Katamari (Royal Roller), Bot 5 in Downsize Surprise, Tentacle System, and his Gatcha Lab prize, the Rolling Star, a giant sticky ball. Keep playing the machine until it comes out. The Prince then stands with the ball on the left of the Crash Site, by the round LocoRoco Bots. Stand to the right of the ball and slap him (). He rolls the ball over you. If he misses, wait for him to finish his round and slap him again.
