Pick up every drink you find and keep it: do not drink it and do not spend it on other rests. When you have 40 supplies' worth, rest at camp and choose only drinks as the supplies for one full long rest. On Tactician it takes 80, so do it in your first run on Balanced.

Crates full of wine sit at the site of the quest Find the Missing Shipment, in the north-east of the Act 1 Wilderness. In Act 3 the barkeep at the Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City sells a full rest's worth.
