Outsourcing Trophy in Baldur's Gate 3

Recruit a hireling. You can befriend them or use them as cannon-fodder - we won't judge.

Hirelings are extra party members you create yourself. They come from Withers, a skeleton who joins your camp.

Wake Withers early: he lies in a sarcophagus in the Dank Crypt, under the ruins east of the crash site in Act 1. Press the hidden button behind the large statue in the crypt's main chamber to open his room, open the sarcophagus and answer him. If you skip this, he comes to your camp later in the story anyway.
Talk to him at camp until he offers his services.
Pay 100 gold for a hireling.
