Sciel's Sun skills put Foretell on an enemy and her Moon skills consume it. A Sun skill followed by a Moon skill starts Twilight for two turns, in which Foretell applied is doubled and an enemy holds up to 20. Equip her weapon Chation, which enemies drop in Stone Wave Cliffs in Act I: with it, Sun skills apply 10 Foretell, but she takes double damage.

Use a Sun skill, then a Moon skill, to enter Twilight.
In Twilight, use Focused Foretell on a boss: 10 doubled makes 20.
On her next turn, still in Twilight, use a skill that consumes all Foretell, such as Twilight Slash.
