Lune's skills leave coloured Stains, and some skills consume them. Use Ice Lance first, which leaves an Ice and a Light Stain. Then alternate Immolation and Ice Lance: each consumes a Stain the other left. Four consuming turns in a row unlock it. Do it against a boss, so the enemy lasts long enough.
