Relationship levels rise at camp: talk to a companion and accept when they offer to spend time together. New levels open as the story goes on. Sciel's level 6 is only a conversation, so she can reach level 7 at the start of Act III with no trip. Level 6 also gives the record Sciel for Connoisseur.

Watch out

If the trophy does not unlock at level 7, reload the autosave from before the conversation and have it again.
