Virtuose Stance is Maelle's strongest stance. Set it up against a boss:

Burn the enemy with Lune's Immolation.
Use Maelle's Swift Stride on it. Hitting a Burning enemy puts her in Virtuose Stance.
Before her next turn, Mark the enemy with Gustave's Marking Shot. If he is not in your party, equip the Marking Shots Pictos, found on a side path in Flying Waters, and shoot the enemy until it is Marked.
On her next turn, use Percée on it.
