Monoco's Bestial Wheel, on the right of the screen, points at one mask: Balanced, Heavy, Caster, Agile or Almighty. A skill of the matching mask is upgraded, and on Almighty every skill is. Equip at least one skill of each of the four masks and each turn use the one the wheel shows. Monoco runs short of AP, so have the others give him Energy Tints between his turns. Do it against a boss.
