This is the karaoke in the side quest The Party Won't Stop, in the south-west of the West Incursion Zone. Music from an apartment building adds the quest when you get close. You need Shift or Reach to get in: the wall-walking and grappling abilities from the Jesse Sightings quests The Incursion Fault and The Subway Fault.

Get onto the higher street just east of the quest marker, jump across to the building's roof and go in through the roof door.
Interact with the karaoke machine at the party.
Pick the right end for each of the nine lines. A wrong pick, or none in time, kills a guest and fails the trophy.

The right picks, in order:

Watch out

After a wrong pick, pause, go to Settings > Load Game and load the last save. If you only notice later, the same list holds a permanent save from after every main quest: load one from before the party and go straight back.
