Keep Dominance active for 60 seconds.

Dominance is a state you enter when you finish off a faltered (stunned) enemy with L3. A white icon in the bottom left drains, and each new finisher refills it. Keep it from running out for 60 seconds.

In the Gap (hold outside combat), buy the talent Dominance at the ring of small stones. It is the first one, at the bottom, for one point.
In Options > Assist Mode, turn on One-Hit Falters.
In the Gap, interact with the big stone next to the ring of stones. The training enemy then keeps respawning every few seconds.
Hit it once, finish it with L3, and repeat as it respawns until a minute has passed.
