The Regal Ancestor Spirit is in the Hallowhorn Grounds of Nokron, Eternal City, which opens after Shardbearer Radahn. Light the six braziers around the grounds ( at each). The braziers by the stairs show how many are lit. When all six burn, interact with the deer carcass at the top of the stairs to enter the arena.
