Gifted Trophy in Ghost of Tsushima

Visit a Gift Altar, such as the one at Golden Temple in Izuhara, the southern region, and collect the gifts waiting there. Story and side-tale progress adds more gifts. Collect ten altogether. Finding an altar without claiming its gifts does not finish the requirement.
