Buy one item from each of the two specialist dye merchants. The White Dye Merchant is on the mountain west of Wanderer's Pass in Izuhara, the southern region. The Black Dye Merchant is in a cave between Kawamata Village and Urashima's Village in Toyotama, reached in Act 2. Gather flowers in the open world to pay them. Each merchant sells a bow dye for five flowers.
