Finish Iki Island's two Mythic Tales: The Legend of Black Hand Riku and The Legacy of Kazumasa Sakai. The first becomes available after the main tale Jin from Yarikawa. For the second, change out of the ordinary Sakai Clan Armor before approaching the storyteller so the villagers do not flee.
