The Hafgufas are two giant jellyfish trapped in Alfheim's desert, each freed in a favour that ends when you break its hive cage on the surface. Do both after the story.

The Secret of the Sands: Sindri offers it at his shop in The Canyons, or it starts when you enter The Barrens. It leads down into the cave called The Below.
Song of the Sands: at the gold wall in the west of the desert, use the pillar beside its gate and follow the path. It leads down into The Burrows.
