Get them after the story, once Ratatoskr at Sindri's House has given you the Yggdrasil Seeds that open the gateways to three of them (Jötunheim, Niflheim's Mist Fields, Midgard's Sanctuary Grove). Ashpetal grows in Muspelheim's Crucible, which opens with the two Muspelheim Seed pieces. Starblush in Vanaheim's Crater needs the favour Return of the River finished.
