The Trials of Muspelheim are 15 combat challenges at the Crucible in Muspelheim, which opens with the two Muspelheim Seed pieces from Svartalfheim's legendary chests. You start each at one of the swords in the arena.

Do the first two challenges at each of the three swords at the back (left, middle, right). That opens the Nornir Chest in the middle and a third challenge at each sword.
Open the Nornir Chest. It starts The Final Challenges at the central sword.
Each of the six central challenges opens when you finish one challenge at one sword and then one at another. Do the six pairs in turn, using each sword's third challenge along the way: left then middle, middle then left, left then right, right then left, middle then right, right then middle.

Health refills after each challenge. Open the reward chest before starting the next.

Finished a challenge at the wrong sword? Reset the pair at the central sword and start it again.
