Imelda Reyes is the Slytherin flyer whose record you beat in three races. Each is a side quest from Albie Weekes, who runs Spintwitches Sporting Needs in Hogsmeade:

After the main quest Flying Class, buy a broom from Albie for 600 Galleons, the game's money. Flight Test starts, with its race at the Quidditch Pitch.
Sweeping the Competition arrives by owl after Percival Rackham's Trial. Buy his 1,000-Galleon upgrade and race at Irondale.
The Sky is the Limit arrives by owl later in the story. The upgrade costs 4,000 Galleons and the race is at Clagmar Coast, in the far south-east.

Go back to Albie after each race for the next quest. Her time is at the top right. Missing a ring adds a time penalty, and the small yellow rings give a burst of speed.

Watch out

If you are too slow, each race stays on the map to try again, during the story and after it.
