Deek, the house-elf who looks after the Room of Requirement, gives three side quests one after another: The Plight of the House-Elf, Foal of the Dead and Phoenix Rising. The trophy unlocks at the end of Phoenix Rising, when you catch the phoenix with the Nab-Sack, the bag for rescuing beasts. Nothing in the three can go wrong, and they stay available after the story.

The phoenix's cave is north of Poidsear Coast, in the south of the map. The coast can't be reached by flying: land before the Coastal Cavern and walk through it.
