Mysteriums are Mysterio's combat challenges, entered through green gates around the city. There are nine, and a bronze medal in each is enough. Once all nine are done, the tenth, Grand Finale, appears at the Coney Island carnival in Downtown Brooklyn.

In Grand Finale, after the first boss fight the corridor loops forever: turn around to find the way out. At the end, dodge the green lasers to the Ferris wheel and press there.
