Symbiote Nests are red, spiked hearts at the foot of symbiote growths over the city. Plant a Sonic Burst, the gadget that knocks enemies back, on the heart and keep enemies off it until the timer runs out. Four open after main quest 26, Trouble with Harry, and the other six later in Act 3. Where a nest has two hearts, they share one health bar: stay between them and go to whichever is attacked.
