The Cultural Museum missions are two missions for Miles in Harlem, for the museum his mother Rio supports. Bebop opens after main quest 14, Funky, and Hard Bop after Bebop. In Hard Bop, keep up with the fleeing car, or the chase starts over.

PowerPyx's Cultural Museum guide has screenshots of both missions.
