Spider-Man has five gadgets with five upgrades each, in the Gadgets menu. Web-Shooters, Upshot and Sonic Burst come with the story. Web Grabber and Ricochet Web have to be bought in the menu first. Everything together costs 4,495 Tech Parts, 28 City Tokens, 76 Rare Tech Parts and 31 Hero Tokens.

Taking every district to 100% (Superior) pays for nearly all of it. Make up missing Tech Parts by stopping Crimes.
