Jean is the companion who gains a blinding ability near the end of We Were Wrong in Japan. Once the warehouse tutorial introduces it, remain in stealth with Jean nearby, approach an enemy from behind, press R1 to blind them, then for a stealth takedown. Repeat for ten enemies.

The forest encounters near the beginning of Hell Followed With Him offer another suitable place, accessible later through Nightmare Cabin's mission selection.
