The Corrupted, called Puppets in the game, are heavily armoured enemies you first meet in Chapter XI, Patera. Normally you knock off the head and burn what is left with the sphere's light beam. For this trophy, leave the head on and let one grab Sophia. The prompt asks for to break free. Press and together instead, for a Focus attack. The yellow Focus gauge next to your health must be full, and hitting or parrying the Corrupted fills it.
Grabs need a harder difficulty. On Narrative, the easiest, Sophia dodges everything and cannot be grabbed, and on the lower settings grabs are rare. Set Nightmare with Invincible Mode on, both under Settings > General.
Use Chapter XI, sub-chapter Puppets. Pass the first group, ride the elevator down and try it on the second group.
Watch out
Grabs are random. If none comes, restart from the checkpoint (pause menu) or move on to the next group.
