Serpent Starway, the third galaxy, holds 42 Bots. 35 are in its six levels. The other seven are in side levels that appear when you fly into something on the galaxy's map:

Rolling Rampage, Swinging Sentries, Magnetic Mayhem and Ropeway Rally: in the lower right, hit an asteroid, then fly in circles through the flowers until a second asteroid appears in their middle. Hit it to open the Lost Circle Void, a short level. Finishing it opens all four.
Rolling Star Luna: fly around until two asteroid belts appear in the upper right, then destroy them before the timer runs out.
Retro Rampage 3: a UFO towing a rock in the lower right.
Crumble Rumble 3: an asteroid that flies in from the lower right.

The checklist has every Bot, and PowerPyx's level guides have a screenshot of each.
