Tentacle System, the second galaxy, holds 43 Bots. 37 are in its six levels, two of them the reward for the boss, Wako Tako. The other six are in side levels that appear when you fly into something on the galaxy's map:

Cut 'N Grind, Dashing Dillo, Fragile Frenzy and Pumpkin Peril: in the upper left, hit an asteroid, then fly in circles through the flowers until a second asteroid appears in their middle. Hit it to open the Lost Triangle Void, a short level. Finishing it opens all four.
Retro Rampage 2: an asteroid that flies in from the upper left.
Crumble Rumble 2: fly into the star cluster in the upper right, then back towards the middle. Destroy the asteroid belt that appears and the big asteroid at its end.

The checklist has every Bot, and PowerPyx's level guides have a screenshot of each.
