Pick up a living enemy during a fight and hit another enemy with them:

Stand next to a light enemy with a strong companion such as Karlach or Lae'zel.
Choose the Improvised Melee Weapon action (the full action, not the bonus action of the same name), then pick the enemy from the world as your weapon.
Attack a second enemy with it and pass the Athletics check.

How heavy an enemy can be depends on the character's Strength. Anyone can lift a rat, and Karlach can lift most goblins and humans. The goblins in the Act 1 goblin camp are good targets.

Watch out

It only counts in combat.
Throwing an enemy with the Throw action does not count.
