Alchemy turns plants and other ingredients into potions and more. Open it from the menu beside the character sheet.

Collect ingredients: pick plants in the world, loot them and buy them from traders.
On the Extracts tab, turn three of the same ingredient into one extract. Extract All Ingredients does every set at once.
On the Solutions tab, brew three different things. A Potion of Healing comes from Rogue's Morsel, a Potion of Speed from Hyena Ear, and an Elixir of Bloodlust from Worg Fang.

Do not extract a Night Orchid. You need one whole for To Bloom in Darkest Night.
