Shadowheart is the cleric you free from a pod on the nautiloid, or find on the beach afterwards. Do not play as Shadowheart.

Raise her approval: she likes kindness and people who respect her privacy.
When she shares a secret about her faith, react calmly.
Ask her about herself again until she tells you she loves night orchids.
Pick a Night Orchid. The first grows in Act 2, on the small hill just north of the fight where Harpers are attacked on the road into the Shadow-Cursed Lands. More grow in Act 3, deep in the House of Grief in the Lower City.
Talk to Shadowheart and give it to her.
