The Toll Collector, Gerringothe Thorm, sits upstairs in the toll house by the bridge to Moonrise Towers in Act 2. Talk her into ending herself and you never fight her:

Ask who she is.
Toss her a gold piece.
Say you do not hand out that much gold for so little in return.
Pass a Persuasion check (difficulty 18) to make her take her gold and be free.
Pass a second check (difficulty 21) to finish the argument.

She explodes and the trophy unlocks. Save before talking to her. If you fight her instead, give away all your gold first, since she fights with the gold your party carries.
