In Chapter 2, at Sandgate Village > Village Entrance, drop into the ravine left of the shrine and follow the path to the flooded area at its end. Beat the giant frog Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw there for the Evil Repelling Medicament formula. Talk to Xu Dog, the wolf at the top of the stairs before the frog's area. Then choose Make Medicines at any Keeper's Shrine and craft any medicine. The ingredients are plants you pick up as you explore.
