Pick up five of each Celestial Pill from the small golden containers in the world: Jade Lotus (health), Taiyi (mana) and Nonary (stamina). Pills Xu Dog makes from Mind Cores do not count. Your count carries into New Game+, where the containers are full again, so pick up any you are short of there.
